Экологическое право европейского союза: возможности рецепции правовых механизмов в законодательстве Республики Узбекистан

The article provides a comparative legal analysis of water resources protection mechanisms in EU law and the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Based on the study of the EU Water Framework Directive 2000/60/EC, the key legal instruments of integrated water resources management are examined, along with the possibilities of their reception into the national law of Uzbekistan, taking into account the regional specifics and environmental challenges of the Central Asian region
