Abstract
This article analyzes the social factors influencing the formation of the agrarian culture of the modern rural population from philosophical and social perspectives. It argues that agrarian culture is not limited to farming skills but also includes a responsible attitude toward land and water, work ethics, environmental thinking, collective cooperation and openness to innovation. Social capital, digital literacy, intergenerational transmission of experience and the active participation of rural youth are considered essential conditions for developing agrarian culture. The article also proposes practical measures for improving the social mechanisms that support sustainable agricultural behavior
