Frazeologizmlerde bala koncepti

The article is devoted to the analysis of the concept "bala" (child) in Karakalpak phraseology. Stable expressions and proverbs of the Karakalpak language, reflecting folk ideas about childhood, upbringing, naivety, and life experience, are considered. The main semantic and evaluative characteristics of this concept are identified. Its dual nature is noted: on the one hand, a child is associated with purity, sincerity, and hope, and on the other hand, with inexperience and dependence. The conclusion is made about the significant role of the concept "bala" in the formation of the linguistic picture of the world and cultural values of the Karakalpak people
