This article provides a linguistic analysis of toponyms in the works of T. Jumamuratov, a prominent representative of Karakalpak literature and a master of the artistic word. Theoretical information about toponyms is provided based on scientific literature. The types of toponyms used in the poet's works, oikonyms, urbanonyms, hydronyms, oronyms, macrotoponyms, ethnotoponyms, and the poet's skill in using them in his works are discussed. Additionally, the artistic-poetic features and functions of toponyms used in the language of T. Jumamuratov's works are skillfully highlighted using examples from the poet's works
