In this article, the practice of using clusters as an important problem of effective management and development of the agricultural sector in the context of the transition to a green economy is theoretically studied. The author studied the socio- economic content of the cluster from a scientific and theoretical point of view with a new approach to management in ensuring the stability of the agricultural sector
